Absolutely LOVE it. Braise meats, non-stick, no oil or butter, EASY clean up!!! Looks brand spankin' new after use and clean up!! Just braised some lamb chops with NO oil!! Delicious!! Makes me want to throw out all my other frying pans.
What more could you ask??!!
